Paypal sending-receiving and withdrawing services are already available in the Philippines. Aside from withdrawing through Union Bank EON card, another option in getting your funds from Paypal is through your Citibank Credit Card.

As far as I know, Citibank supports Visa and Mastercard credit cards as an option in withdrawing funds from your Paypal account.

Two ways you can withdraw funds from your Paypal account to your Citibank credit card account:

• Cash Advance (this carries a fee and a monthly interest rate if you have a running payable balance).

• Over-Payment Cheque (does not have any additional charges, fees or interests). Visit your nearest Citibank branch and request for the cheque.

The fastest way of course to get the funds is through cash advance, but in some way may not be practical because of the additional charges. You can withdraw the money using your credit card at any Citibank partner ATM.
If you are not in a hurry to get those funds from your Paypal account, you might consider the cheque route which is least expensive. It doesn’t have charges but it really takes some time to encash it.
