Microsoft-Windows-8From just a mere rumor, now Windows 8 has already been the talk of the town with much more of its interface design details. Windows 8 is described by Microsoft as a re-imagination of Windows from its chip to its interface.

The next generation of Windows known as Windows 8 is said to be of unique kind among any other operating system as it can scale from touch-only small screens through to large screens without any use of a keyboard and mouse.

During their D9 Conference, the Microsoft team demonstrated Windows 8 interface. A unique experience has been practiced for a new generation of touch-centric hardware. A total transformation has been observed yet the power, flexibility and connectivity of Windows were kept intact.

Windows 8 apps are said to be compatible with with all Windows 7 software and peripherals and is said to still have the full capabilities of Windows available including Windows Explorer and Desktop.
