Google Nexus Prime Latest Specs

google-nexus-primeI have posted already a review regarding this next Google Nexus smartphone about four months ago. Last time, this latest innovation in smartphone was just named as the next Nexus 4G. As revealed by Verizon Wireless just recently, this next Google Nexus smartphone with a codename of “Nexus Prime” will soon be the highly anticipated Samsung Galaxy Nexus.

Most of the specifications I have in my previous review were nearly similar to the latest rumored Google Nexus Prime. Google Nexus Prime was said to be out in the market this November, though some delays occur but it is a sure thing that this new innovation will definitely be out soon.

Although I have already posted on my previous post the specifications of the first Ice Cream Sandwich powered smartphone, Google Nexus Prime, I still believe that it is still better to give you guys the latest specification updates on this new Google Nexus Prime.

Here are the new sets of Google Nexus Prime specifications. It has a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display @ 1280×720 pixels, that is powered by a Texas Instrument OMAP 4460 Cortex A9 dual-core @ 1.2GHz with 1GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has 5-megapixel camera on the back (with 1080p HD video capture) and 1.3-megapixel in the front. It is using the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System, that is WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, HSPA+/LTE, and NFC capable. It is packed with a 1750mAh Li-Ion battery.

It has been confirmed that this new Google Nexus Prime is a pure Google experience device that do not undergo third party UI and modifications. Because this has not modified, therefore, TouchWiz is not available on this device. Although the above specs are not exactly the full and final specs of Google Nexus Prime, but it has been assured that these are the most definite specs Google Nexus Prime might have. If in any case there would be some alterations on some specs, it must be an upgrade to any feature and specs for a lot more  better Google Nexus Prime.

With Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, expect something more on its power, speed and quality performance. It is not easy to ignore this most specific feature of having the ability to monitor each app’s data usage on the device as one of the notable feature of Ice Cream Sandwich OS.

Google Nexus Prime is said to have a curved glass design. Though it is not as thin as Samsung Galaxy S2, but it is quite close to it since it is only 9mm thick.

For now, this is really something we have to wait and look forward to. Google Nexus Prime or Samsung Galaxy Nexus is something that most Android users are excited upon.
