Feedburner being acquired by Google

feedburnerAs we have known, Feedburner is already acquired by Google. Why so? Because Google is looking forward into what is best for their publishers and advertisers. Since Feedburner is a feed-based content and advertising, then it is a great help and addition to Google’s current solution for their publishers and advertisers.

Although the Feedburner is already acquired by Google, yet the Feedburner website is still operational as Google is still integrating their technologies with its tools for new integrated features. But as of now, they are not yet elaborating the integration. It is for them to know, and for us to find out. Let’s just wait for that great integration. So, for those bloggers out there who happened to have an RSS powered by Feedburner, expect for the best for this new integration.

For now, Google is adding a new feature called Adsense for Feeds in the Adsense control panel. This allows Google to send Adsense ads into your RSS feed. But this is only good for those RSS powered by Feedburner. We will just hope that Adsense for Feeds will perform much better than the FAN (Feedburner Ad Network) ads which Feedburner formerly has.

RSS works good in our site as it build traffic. So, with this new integration with Google, we would expect a lot more in our traffic and earnings.
